DROPPING LIKE ITS HOT

I always thought Tancredo and Hunter would drop out of the race shortly after IA., that Allen Keyes would go first! Well, I was wrong. With the imminent departure of Tancredo from the race, actually tomorrow, the field will narrow down from nine to eight. I should say seven because Ron Paul will ultimately run as an independent.

Whether Tancredo will immediately endorse Huckabee is unknown, however, his endorsement might not mean diddly squat given the low numbers he's been polling. Nevertheless his endorsement coupled with Hunter's would boost any campaign, even if it's by 3 points.

Huckabee has earned his way to the top and will be rewarded by the populace. While he is not the GOP poster boy, he reminds us that one can come from humble beginnings and end at the very top.
